Dolphin Tower Sukkur Payment Plan For Apartments

The client will have to pay 30% of the total amount at the time of booking an apartment/shop.
The remaining 70% amount will be paid in 30 equal installments.

Terms and Conditions

The builders guarantee complete possession and transfer to the customers up till July 2018.
If the dealer is unable to transfer the resident will be paid PKR 30,000 as monthly rent to customers- (subject to conditions)
The residents must pay each installment before the 10th of each month.
The residents are subject to pay gas, water, sewerage and electricity charges as per the market rate.
